Worldwide review of data-driven marketing and advertising released by Global DMA
GlobalDMA, the organisation that represents, supports and unites marketing associations from around the globe that focus on data-driven marketing, has released a comprehensive study into data-driven marketing practices at the quantitative level. The study is based on responses from more than 3,000 participants in 17 countries, including Australia.
Undertaken by GlobalDMA with research partners, the Winterberry Group, the project provides a fascinating insight into global adoption of data-driven marketing channels and techniques, maturity levels, investment sentiment, industry challenges and emerging trends for the coming year. For the first time, this research provides a worldwide view of the common ground and differences that exist in different countries and regions around the globe.
Among the findings it was concluded that more than 80% of its worldwide research panel said that data plays an important role in supporting their advertising and marketing efforts and 92% said they expect data to contribute even more substantially to their efforts over the coming years. Around the world, the rise and rise of data is set to continue.
There is also opportunity to register for a pre-recorded webinar with ADMA’s CEO, Jodie Sangster and Jonathan Margulies, Managing Director at Winterberry Group LLC. They will be discussing the findings in more detail providing even further insights.
This webinar will be available from Thursday, 20 November at 3:00pm.
