Whybin\TBWA Group Melbourne scores two Silver Lions in Cannes PR Lions category

The Group, including PR arm Eleven PR, won two Silver Lions for ANZ Bank Melbourne’s GAYTMs campaign.

Hakuhodo Tokyo won Asia’s only Gold Lion for their “Rice-Code” campaign for Inakadate Village. The campaign also picked up a Silver Lion. Two other Hakuhodo sister agenbcies also scored Silver Lions – Hakuhodo Kettle Tokyo for Yahoo Japan “Hands on Search” and TBWA\Hakuhodo Tokyo for Cogoo – Clean City Organisation “Saddle Blossom”.

Asia’s only other Silver Lion went to Ogilvy & Mather Mumbai for Google India’s “Reunion”. The campaign also won a Bronze for O&M and they also won a Bronze Lion for The Akanksha Foundation “Message Barter”.

Havas Worldwide Gurgaon won Bronze for Child Survival India “No Child Brides” and Ogilvy & Mather Thailand won Bronze for Truemove H “Giving”.

The Creative Artists Agency, Los Angeles and Edelman New York jointly collected the trophy for their campaign for Chipotle Mexican Grill, “The Scarecrow”. With a dramatic 43% increase in entries compared to 2013 and 37% of entries entered by a PR agency, 1850 were this year received into PR from which 181 were shortlisted and from this 13 received gold trophies, 24 were awarded silver and 33 took bronze.
