Water Corporation website wins Sitecore 2013 State Government Site of the Year award

WA’s Water Corporation website has been recognised in the Sitecore Awards for delivering their customers with the optimal online experience. In its sixth year, the Sitecore awards recognise organisations implementing Sitecore as a CMS system to provide their customers with leading edge digital solutions and return on investment.

Partnered with digital agency Precedent, the Water Corporation won the Sitecore Site of the Year in the State Government category for Australia/New Zealand. Sitecore CEP 6.6 was implemented due to its extensibility, security and ability to integrate with other platforms.

The redeveloped website site has improved ROI, streamlined workloads and reduced costs in customer and operation centres by allowing customers to self-serve and find the information they need online 24/7.

Since launching the website in April 2013, Precedent has continued to work together with the Water Corporation to consistently build and improve the service they provide to their customers.
