We have a vacancy in our Perth office as a Sales Coordinator.

Position Overview

• Reporting to an Account Executive, working on a group of media agencies and clients that advertise with the Nine Network.
• Understanding the TV media landscape and the Nine Network in particular
• Work towards quarterly revenue and share KPI’s within your team
• Booking and revising advertising spots within the context of the advertising campaign
• Communicating with clients to ensure the smooth running of the advertising campaign
• Accommodate and prioritise a number of concurrent campaigns
• Liaise with advertising agencies to coordinate bookings, revisions and rates for campaigns
• Data entry of advertising spots into the internal system
• Develop and foster commercially effective relationships with key stakeholders.

SALES COORDINATOR – ADSHEL PERTH

We are currently looking for team-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to provide a broad range of administrative support to our sales team. You will be assisting with the preparation of contracts, compiling sales reports, preparing media kits, proposals and mock-ups, answering any sales enquiries, as well as providing general day-to-day administrative support.

In order to be successful in this position, you must have previous administrative or customer service experience, preferably in a sales environment, as well as:

• Excellent communications skills gained by liaising with a variety of stakeholders;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and experience using databases;
• Strong sense of initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision;
• Excellent attention to detail under pressure.

We are looking for a fun, enthusiastic and responsible person to fill a sales support role and join our team in Perth. This position is an entry level role and would suit someone who is looking to progress their career in media sales.

Your major responsibility is to provide quality support to the Sales Team. This position will see you working along side our Sales Executives and will give you insight to all aspects of media sales and the ability to develop the role together. Your role involves high levels of data entry. You are responsible for processing and management of bookings and spot placement, assistance in the preparation of airtime proposals, as well as running of reports, preparation of correspondence, filing, and general office administration.

• Minimum of one year administration experience (sales administration is preferable) but not essential.
• Accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
• Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to operate in a team environment, contributing positively to the operations and working relationships.
• Ability to contribute ideas and demonstration initiative and flexibility.
• Demonstrated positive work ethic and the ability and willingness to learn new systems.
• Demonstrated problem solving ability.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written.
• Must hold the right to work in Australia.
