Someone with plenty of enthusiasm and energy, the ability to learn and grow and the ambition to build a career in the Sales Industry. Strong general administration skills, excellent customer service and team work are essential. Ideally you will have at least a years’ experience in a similar administration or coordination role. Experience within a media environment would be advantageous but is not essential. You will also need excellent time management and organisational skills, and strong Microsoft Office skills. While previous experience will be an advantage, your attitude, approach, team fit and skills are just as important.

Reporting to the Group Sales Manager you will be responsible for general administration while supporting the sales team with day to day operations. You will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationship with other sales coordinators and national team members while assisting the Group Sales Manager and Sales Director as necessary.

The West Regional Sales team in Perth is looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual to help grow our business. The right person will work extensively with business and advertising agencies to develop advertising plans to grow their business. You will develop partnerships with established clients and work to gain new ones.

ACCOUNT COORDINATOR/ PA – CHANNEL NINE PERTH

Position Overview

• Reporting to an Account Executive, working on a patch of media agencies and clients that advertise with the Nine Network.
• Understanding the TV media landscape and the Nine Network in particular
• Work towards quarterly revenue and share KPI’s within your team
• Booking and revising advertising spots within the context of the advertising campaign
• Communicating with clients to ensure the smooth running of the advertising campaign
• Accommodate and prioritise a number of concurrent campaigns
• Liaise with advertising agencies to coordinate bookings, revisions and rates for campaigns
• Data entry of advertising spots into the internal system
• Develop and foster commercially effective relationships with key stakeholders.
• Supporting the Sales Director with general administrative tasks (eg. running reports; making bookings; researching; general office management)
• Ensure the promotion and enhancement of NEC’s good name and reputation.
• Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for our business and its future.
• Consistently seen as an active, positive, vocal and proactive NEC representative both internally and externally.

Qualifications/ Skills Required

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree desirable
• Strong customer service orientation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with people & relate to people at all levels of client / agency organisations
• Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
• Confident, self-motivated & demonstrates initiative
• Intermediate Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & Excel skills required
• Able to work independently & within a team environment as a team player

GRAPHIC DESIGNER – WORKHOUSE ADVERTISING

West Leederville advertising agency seeking experienced graphic designer to join established creative team. The successful candidate will be able to speak fluent German, due to one of our clients being based in Germany. You will work on a variety of products, including brochures, flyers, catalogues, press advertising, websites, TV storyboards, corporate identity etc.

Responsibilities

• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
• Prepare finished artwork to print / press specifications
• Work with industry standard graphic design software
• Amend various artwork as necessary to gain client approval
• Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, account executives etc. and ensure strict deadlines are met

Requirements

• Proven graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio
• Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
• Ability to work in a team, communicate and present ideas
• Up to date with industry leading software and technologies 
(InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop etc)
• Highly proficient in all design aspects
• Professionalism regarding time and the ability to meet deadlines
