ACCOUNT COORDINATOR / EXECUTIVE – SHEDcsc
SHEDcsc is after a super keen, creative and organised agency Account Co-ordinator/Executive. We’re a busy bunch in the SHED and are looking for an experienced person to join the team.
Have you been getting to know agency-land in your first gig, or perhaps you have a few years under your belt and are looking for the next challenge? Then we want to chat to you.
We need someone with natural organisational tendencies (perhaps you’re a little bit OCD) and is able to run with projects on their own, as well as play a support role for the team.
We’re in production on a range of campaigns so it would be great if you have experience in production of radio, press, digital, television and print production.
Ideally you’ll have the following skills/experience:
- Proficient in operation and use of Mac’s.
- Previous experience with JobBag or BCC
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Marketing/advertising tertiary qualifications and/or industry experience
- Ability to process a job through the agency, from brief to billing
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and media to coordinate campaign deliverables
- Understanding of media channels and printing processes

We are seeking a passionate, creative individual with an advanced diploma or university degree and at least 2 years studio experience to get stuck into a challenging mix of advertising, branding, digital and event design.

You’ve got mad skills:
- Considerable experience designing for print and web
- Strong typography, typesetting and layout skills
- Experience with outputting artwork for printers and web developers

Qualifications:

MARKETING ACCOUNT MANAGER – THE MAD EMPIRE

Ever wonder what happened to the ‘creative’ bit in creative industries? We don’t because we do it every day.
It’s not that you have to be MAD, you just have to be MAD not to apply for this unique position at The Mad Empire. We’re looking for a marketing account manager to join us to help deliver every little creative ‘droplet of genius’ that we send out to our clients. No day is the same as we work on a diverse range of design projects with equally diverse.
On a day-to-day basis the role will involve client liaison, securing quotes and managing the design and production process through to completion. Some administration is also required.
The Mad Empire works on branding, campaign, media strategy, digital, events and PR so you’ll be exposed to a huge range of marketing and communications work. Our team is tight, supportive, like-minded, creative, courageous and passionate.

A little about you …
There are three qualities essential for this role.
The first is attention to detail. Quality is hard coded into our MAD DNA so if you enjoy doing things right, you’ll fit right in.

The last is being a team player. We have a flat structure and an open plan studio so you’ll be working closely with every member of our team.
Givens …
It goes without saying (but we’ll say it anyway). You’ll need to be organised, professional, switched-on and able to manage multiple projects, often to tight deadlines, in your stride.
You’ll be handy with a WIP, manage a project like you own it and talk, talk, talk until you’re blue in the face. The MAD team loves a chat and so do our clients.
You will have at least 3 years’ experience working in a design, marketing or advertising agency in a client service role, as this will help you hit the ground running.

Typical responsibilities of the job include …
• Consulting with clients about campaign requirements and objectives daily
• Formulating written briefs and strategies for project management
• Interpreting and managing briefs
• Agreeing and managing timescales and budgets.
• Liaising and collaborating with The Mad Empire design team on client requirements
• Liaising with suppliers and other partners
• Monitoring and chasing work progress with clients
• Updating client WIPs, providing quotes, obtaining approvals
• Analysing, interpreting and presenting results to clients
• Delivering ideas and final products to clients for review

PROJECT MANAGER – CAMPAIGN FOCUS
Location: Northbridge • Salary: $55k – $65k
This is a great opportunity to become a valued member of a small, dedicated team passionate about producing effective advertising campaigns to a niche market of property development within Western Australia.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years applied experience in marketing & communications. Experience in a property advertising based environment is
highly preferred.
Personally you should be very well organised, detail minded, approachable and able to work autonomously. A client service approach will be instinctive and highly developed interpersonal skills are essential. Working closely with the creative director, company principal and valued clients, you will need to be able to maintain confidentiality with the ability to work under pressure.
Duties include:
• Liaising with clients on day to day communications.
• Liaising with suppliers to make and manage bookings.
• Compiling creative briefs.
• Quoting on all ranges of campaign material.
• Proofing content against the brief to ensure accuracy.
• Document management.
• Manage all studio traffic.
Required skills & experience
• Minimum 3 years experience in a marketing or advertising related role.
• Very high level of computer literacy.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients.
• Understanding of media planning and production.
• Ability to work efficiently and together with others in a close, small team.
• Tertiary qualification in relevant field is desirable.
• Basic experience with the Adobe creative suite is an advantage but not essential.
Immediate start is preferred.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER – NETBALL WA
Based in our new, centrally located offices at the State Netball Centre this varied and challenging role needs a talented graphic designer to be responsible for the design and production of all Netball WA and West Coast Fever’s creative and graphic design needs across a range of mediums.
We are looking for a creative and innovative person who can work collaboratively, show initiative and think on their feet. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines along with strong planning skills are essential for this position.
In this varied, creative role, some of the tasks you will be involved with are:
- Work with internal departments to develop creative briefs and concepts for programs and campaigns
- Deliver graphic design content for both print & digital mediums
- Coordination of Netball WA and West Coast Fever’s design and collateral activities.
- Taking photos and video at games, events and programs to be used across marketing campaigns and collateral.
- Design and collate our annual report, sponsorship reports and proposals and other major publications.
To be considered for this position you must have demonstrated experience in a similar creative graphic design role. Along with your experience in website design, digital marketing collateral and print ready design content you will need to bring your excellent creative concept, layout and typographic design skills. Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite is key to being successful in this position as well as your skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Sharepoint and Campaign Monitor.
