This is a diverse and challenging role within the Account Service team, and is responsible for the day to day administration and liaison with a designated client base.


The role requires someone with a strong client focus and exceptional attention to detail as you will be responsible for meeting your clients’ day-to-day advertising requirements.


This is an opportunity to broaden your knowledge of the advertising industry in a friendly, busy and fast paced environment.


The successful applicant will have:

  • Take responsibility for the creation and production of materials that deliver on client’s business objectives.
  • Ensure that all materials are completed within agreed deadlines and in a professional and accurate manner.
  • Consistently report on client campaigns and activities and manage and resolve issues professionally and in a way that improves the relationship among all parties to the campaign.

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ Years relevant media experience (e.g. agency or media environment)
  • Energetic and passionate to create meaningful change within Vizeum for the achievement of company objectives
  • Communication, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with staff and key stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure and move effectively from detail orientated tasks to more managerial issues effecting the agency

As the Program Leader Corporate Engagement you are responsible for the delivery of strategic communications for Landgate. You and your team will promote the Landgate brand, products and services by developing innovative methods for the business’ strategic communications, public relations and media requests as well as engaging our employees, customers and community. You and your team will serve as subject matter experts and will strive to optimise program effectiveness through successful stakeholder consultation and campaign implementation.

You will identify and act on public relations opportunities and provide advice to Landgate employees on activities that support the promotion of their programs and services.  You and your team are also responsible for upholding brand, editorial and accessibility guidelines. This role coordinates the development and oversees the quality control of media releases, ministerial speeches and corporate publications.

The Person

You will have excellent experience in stakeholder communications, public relations and effective interactions with the media.   Along with your proven interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills you have the ability to produce detailed reports and have a solid understanding of government policy and standards.  You will understand all requirements for the development and implementation of all of Landgate’s communication plans. You will have solid experience in managing budgets and projects and delivering excellent outcomes whilst working with a diverse audience.  You are a person who is well versed in dealing with conceptual and strategic thinking and have the ability to problem solve with minimal direction.  You are a positive leader with the passion to develop and build your team’s experience and knowledge.
