PROGRAM LEADER TEAM OPERATIONS – LANDGATE

The Position

As the Program Leader Team Operations you and your team are responsible for the delivery of Landgate operational projects for the Communications and Marketing branch. Your team, which is set up like an advertising agency studio, writes designs and delivers print and digital publications. Your team also develops and maintains the Landgate website and runs corporate events.

Your role liaises closely with every department within the business, as well as Communications and Marketing colleagues, to make sure your team’s work is technically correct, innovative, scheduled and delivered on time. Outside Landgate you will manage supplier relationships and procurement of services. You and your team will serve as subject matter experts, and are responsible for upholding brand, editorial and accessibility guidelines and WA Government requirements.

The Person

You will have excellent project and production management experience and have demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers.  A positive leadership style that encourages and develops other team members is essential.  Along with high-level written and verbal communication skills you will have the ability to produce detailed reports and have a solid understanding of government policy, standards and requirements for online and digital services and publications. You will have solid experience in managing budgets and projects and delivering excellent outcomes. Your ability to analyse various situations and projects, coupled with proven experience managing and maintaining brand management processes and compliance are critical to the success of this role.  Your energy and motivation will help drive others to achieve goals.

PROGRAM LEADER CORPORATE ENGAGEMENT – LANDGATE

The Position

As the Program Leader Corporate Engagement you are responsible for the delivery of strategic communications for Landgate. You and your team will promote the Landgate brand, products and services by developing innovative methods for the business’ strategic communications, public relations and media requests as well as engaging our employees, customers and community. You and your team will serve as subject matter experts and will strive to optimise program effectiveness through successful stakeholder consultation and campaign implementation.

You will identify and act on public relations opportunities and provide advice to Landgate employees on activities that support the promotion of their programs and services.  You and your team are also responsible for upholding brand, editorial and accessibility guidelines. This role coordinates the development and oversees the quality control of media releases, ministerial speeches and corporate publications.

The Person

You will have excellent experience in stakeholder communications, public relations and effective interactions with the media.   Along with your proven interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills you have the ability to produce detailed reports and have a solid understanding of government policy and standards.  You will understand all requirements for the development and implementation of all of Landgate’s communication plans. You will have solid experience in managing budgets and projects and delivering excellent outcomes whilst working with a diverse audience.  You are a person who is well versed in dealing with conceptual and strategic thinking and have the ability to problem solve with minimal direction.  You are a positive leader with the passion to develop and build your team’s experience and knowledge.

PROGRAM LEADER MARKET DEVELOPMENT – LANDGATE

The Position

As the Program Leader Market Development you will lead and manage your team to successfully promote the Landgate brand, products and services by developing and undertaking continuous and innovative improvement for the digital engagement focus for staff and customers.  You will promote strategies to ensure market penetration, revenue and profitability targets are achieved.

In this role you will also develop state based marketing plans, conduct marketing campaigns to identify new revenue streams and monitor competitors whilst undertaking analysis of the market to identify further opportunities for Landgate.

The Person

You will be a motivated team member with excellent interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills with demonstrated experience in conducting marketing campaigns, managing marketing accounts, people and projects and have an extensive knowledge of current online services and publishing, including digital marketing.  Your ability to analyse and interpret behaviours and patterns of markets and customers whilst promoting employee development and achieving organisational goals is essential to the success of this role.  You will be a proven performer by your ability to achieve successful outcomes whilst working with a variety of projects and managing budgets for those projects and operations in your area.  Your extensive experience in a similar lead role and your qualifications in a relevant area will clearly see you as an ideal candidate to lead this team.
