We are looking for an experienced Media Planner/Buyer to join our in-house media team.  This person will have at least 4 years experience in the media industry, having worked previously at a media or full service advertising agency. They will be familiar with all media planning, buying and monitoring tools. They will have a passion for digital, and be keen to expand their knowledge of this platform.

High attention to detail, a team and a positive attitude are essential to be considered for this role.

STRATEGY DIRECTOR – MARKETFORCE

Marketforce Strategy is in rapid growth and is seeking an experienced, creative and passionate Strategy Director to lead its planning team. Unlike any other Agency in WA, Marketforce Strategy is not only the consumer planning arm of Marketforce, but it also offers a comprehensive strategic consulting service to its own group of direct clients.  As Director of the Strategy team, you will be responsible for a variety of projects from consumer research, insight development, brand and portfolio strategy, communications planning, and new business opportunities; for both large agency clients and your own consulting clientele alike.

Your creative flair will also be put to good use, with a role that requires you to work closely with our creative team; providing them with great, insight-based propositions that help drive their creative process.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

·        Proven experience in a consumer / strategic planning role

·        Exceptional writing skills

·        Proven ability in thinking beyond the obvious; deriving consumer insights from information

·        The confidence and ability to construct and facilitate client workshops of any nature or size

·        Experience in managing consumer research projects

·        Proven ability to manage multiple projects

·        Superior communication and interpersonal skills

·        Strong business acumen

·        Sound understanding of channel planning

·        A passion for finding that hidden ‘idea’
