303Lowe is looking for an experienced Mac Artist to join our busy studio team working primarily with our retail unit, SIX.

Needless to say, the person we’re looking for will be a gun with InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator and will have a great eye for detail. You’re going to be comfortable taking jobs from concepts through to finished art, creating complex press-ready artwork using your high level retouching and colour-correction skills along the way.

Outgoing, gregarious and confident, you’ll have enough experience behind you to be completely comfortable taking ownership of jobs and projects, using your initiative to solve problems in a demanding and collaborative working environment.

SALES COORDINATOR – CHANNEL NINE PERTH

The Nine Network is a leading television network throughout Australia with operations in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide as well as in regional Northern New South Wales (through its ownership of NBN) and Darwin as well as agreements with other regional operators.

The Nine Network’s content includes a combination of strong locally produced programs and exclusive international content arrangements including news, current affairs, sporting events, entertainment and lifestyle programs.

The Nine Network broadcasts leading shows including The Voice, The Block, Big Brother and leading sports broadcasting content from the National Rugby League and Cricket Australia.

We have a vacancy in our Perth office in the Sales Department as Sales Coordinator.

• Booking and revising advertising spots within the context of the advertising campaign
• Communicating with clients to ensure the smooth running of the advertising campaign
• Accommodate and prioritise a number of concurrent campaigns
• Liaise with advertising agencies to coordinate bookings, revisions and rates for campaigns
• Confirm phone bookings with agency/client via email
• Data entry of advertising spots into the sales and traffic system
• General administrative tasks for the sales team

Qualifications/skills required:

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree desirable
• Strong customer service orientation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with people & relate to people at all levels of client / agency organisations
• Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
• Confident, self-motivated & demonstrates initiative
• Intermediate Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & Excel skills required
• Able to work independently & within a team environment as a team player.

CAMPAIGN MANAGER – THE WEST AUSTRALIAN

An opportunity exists for an entrepreneurially minded PPC Campaign Manager to join the search team at The West Australian as part of its Premier SMB Partnership with Google. You will be joining forces with Australia’s leading audience company, Seven West Media, with excellent growth opportunity through the development of this strategic partnership.

The West seeks a highly skilled and proactive PPC Campaign Manager. Primarily the role will entail designing and managing pay-per-click campaigns, applying an analytical approach to deliver a return-on-investment based on client needs. This role presents an opportunity for a driven candidate to lead the growth of the campaign management division of this strategic partnership. Additionally, the role will be responsible for designing and executing internal search marketing strategies to promote our products.

Responsibilities include:

• Create, manage and optimise SEM / PPC campaigns, ensuring highest possible return on investment for our customers;
• Implement Goal and Conversion Tracking to maximise ROI where applicable;
• Internal and external communication regarding campaigns and current account activities;
• Assist with implementation of appropriate support applications and procedures for SEM / PPC related activities;
• Design and execute search marketing strategies to promote internal products; and
• Contribute to the growth of the Search Sales team, through innovation.

Ideally, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving expansion of the Search Campaign management division, as required to effectively support our growing partnership.

The successful candidate will have:

• Google Adwords certification;
• At least 3 years’ experience with proven ROI driven results in SEM/PPC and performance display, ideally with SME’s;
• Utilise bid-management and analytics tools for campaign optimisation and reporting;
• Experience in A/B testing for campaign optimisation;
• Expertise with planning and insights tools, such as Google Trends and the Google Keyword Tool;
• A deep understanding of factors that influence best Adwords quality score;
• Strong customer relationship expertise;
• Strong time management skills;
• Proven teamwork skills; and
• Strong communication skills.

Desirable:

• Previous CRM system experience;
• HTML and CMS exposure; and
• Bachelor education or equivalent.
