ACCOUNT DIRECTOR – JWT

JWT is searching for an outstanding integrated Account Director to join their growing team in Perth. This is an opportunity to join a global agency network committed to building their presence in WA.

As part of a high performing team, this pivotal role reports into a Business Director and works alongside a Senior Account Director, with responsibility for managing an Account Manager and Project Manager. This role will be responsible for an enviable client portfolio, responsible for producing effective work that pushes creative boundaries. The amount of local and international awards recently won is testament to this.

You must be able to demonstrate your ability to establish and maintain outstanding client relationships based on respect, and driven by exceptional leadership and high standards. You must be confident in your ability to add value strategically and creatively and be passionate about creating effective ideas. You will have experience managing multi-faceted, fully integrated clients across multiple categories. Broad exposure to all areas of brand and digital marketing is important for this role, as is fastidious attention to detail. You will have minimum five years experience working your way through the ranks of account management in a fully integrated advertising agency and experience managing direct reports.
