ACCOUNT COORDINATOR – EQUILIBRIUM

Equilibrium is a full service advertising agency based in the old Boan’s Warehouse, East Perth. As two-time winners of the Australian Web Awards ‘Best Website in Australia’, you might say we have a penchant for digital, but the truth is we’re equally at home producing through-the-line campaigns.

We’re growing, so we’re seeking a talented and ambitious Account Coordinator to bolster our Account Management team. We need someone who’s equal parts focused, organised, confident and personable. You’ll have at least two years worth of experience in the industry so you can hit the ground running.

As we’re a genuinely integrated agency, you’ll be exposed to managing traditional and digital communications. You should also have skills in, or be willing and ready to dive into the world of digital campaign management and reporting.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER – JAM DESIGN

We are a small, dedicated team based in Subiaco, looking for an experienced, talented, driven and self-disciplined designer to join our growing team.

We have been running for 22 years and have clients from many industries, including property development, the resources sector and the construction industry. The work we are given is exciting and highly creative, and our ideal candidate will have a passion for good design, an understanding of sound advertising practice and a conscientious attitude.

Your role will include:

•    Creating concepts from creative briefs and presenting design options to clients

•    Designing for a range of mediums, including web, press, print and signage

•    Strategizing with the principal and client services manager to best solve creative problems

•    Providing accurate time estimates for creative projects for the purpose of workflow

Candidates will need to be able to demonstrate their ability to work both alone and in a team environment. Depending on the project, you may be given a lot of design freedom or a very strict brief, and the successful candidate will be able to deliver on both.

Experience with preparing artwork for web, newspaper, printing and sign use is a must, and several years experience in these areas is critical. The ideal candidate will be able to take a job from A-Z including concept creation, design and checking pre-production proofs. You will be required to keep track of your time spend on every job, so strong time management and organizational skills are required.

Being able to communicate effectively with clients and teammates is absolutely essential, as is the ability to take feedback and team input constructively.

We are looking for someone who is able to demonstrate refined creative skills and problem solving abilities.

You are required to submit a portfolio and resume along with a cover letter explaining what makes you the most suitable candidate for this position.

Payment terms are negotiable as are the hours and work arrangement, and your compensation will be based on experience and ability.

You will be wanted for an immediate start.
