The role requires strong client focus and exceptional attention to detail, as you will be solely responsible for meeting your clients’ advertising requirements. You will be required to develop an understanding of clients’ business; and assist in the development of new business opportunities.

ACCOUNTS CLERK/RECEPTIONIST – GATECRASHER
(Maternity Leave Contract – 12 Months)
Gatecrasher is a long established advertising agency with offices in Subiaco. We seek a suitably experienced Accounts Clerk/Receptionist for a 12 month Maternity Leave contract. Hours are approximately 30hrs per week across 5 days.
Duties include:
• Reception
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Meeting room management
• Keeping the fridge and coffee machine stocked!
Experience with JobBag or similar Job-costing/accounting package would be ideal.

AGENCY ACCOUNT COORDINATOR – THE SUNDAY TIMES & PERTHNOW

The Sunday Times & PerthNow is currently seeking an Agency Account Coordinator to join our hugely successful Sales Department.
About The Role:
Reporting to the Group Sales Manager – Agencies you will support the sales executives to achieve advertising revenue targets for The Sunday Times and PerthNow. It involves enhancing client relationships and managing the advertising booking process by providing internal sales and administrative support to both team members and clients.
You will:
- Assist with proposals, quotes and availability requests across print and online
- Create media kits for consultants, ensuring adequate material is available at all times
- Access and revise database mail out information to support sales drives and projects.
- Research and compile historical client information and other data for the team as required.
- Prepare contracts, proposals and presentations required by sales representatives
- Provide current information and advice to clients and staff regarding upcoming product developments, features and specific options available.
- Answer queries from clients about product information, contract rates, specifications, deadline information and deadline extension
- Keep clients informed of changes to deadlines, booking processes, products and services.
- Participate in client entertainment and hospitality as required.
- Maintain up to date product knowledge and awareness of the market including competitor analysis.
- Compile and distribute expenditure reports; coordinate ad insertion booking process.
- Run weekly reports as instructed by Group Sales Manager
- Provide ongoing support to other teams within the Advertising Department as required.
About you:
With your proven experience working in a customer service or sales support role, you will have a natural ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally and exceptional high organisational skills & time management. You will easily manage increased workloads and prioritise accordingly. You will recognise sales opportunities and take appropriate action along with the team.

SALES COORDINATOR – ADSHEL PERTH

We have an upcoming full time permanent job for an Assistant Designer/Art Worker to help within an in-house catalogue department, working alongside the Marketing Manager/Senior Designer for a manufacturing company south east of the river. Salary will range from $35-45K, based on experience. The work involves art working existing products such as monthly specials, brochures, instructions and simple packaging (all following existing tight brand guidelines), whilst being able to display your creative flair when needed, working independently from loose creative briefs.
