ACCOUNT COORDINATOR – MARKETFORCE

As part of our continued growth Marketforce, one of Western Australia’s largest and most respected marketing communications companies, is seeking to appoint a talented and experienced Account Coordinator.  This diverse and challenging role within our Account Service team is responsible for the day to day administration within a designated client base and requires someone with a strong client focus and exceptional attention to detail.

This is an exciting opportunity to broaden your knowledge of the advertising industry in a friendly, busy and fast paced environment and to succeed in the position you will need:

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to take direction from multiple team members.
• To be computer literate in Microsoft Office at intermediate level.
• The ability to learn and become proficient with various agency systems and processes.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or industry related experience (preferred but not essential).

We are looking for additional Flash Designers, Interactive PDF Designers, Producers, Post-Production Project/Account Management, plus Django and Python Developers to add to our freelance pool – who are confident and experienced in creating Flash banners, Interactive PDFs (including formulas), Producer/Film roles, or versed in Django or Python development – due to an increased demand in bookings for these specialist areas. We have a number of roles on offer from Digital Producer, Project Manager and Account Manager positions, through to front end and back end coding, web development and web design. There are opportunities for designers who are also savvy in Social Media Management (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+), MailChimp, WordPress and HTML – plus programmers and developers in areas such as PHP/Joomla/Ruby on Rails. Some positions are part time (1-3 days a week) and others are full time permanent or freelance (both in-house and remote). If you have experience in SEO, SEM, EDM, CMS, front end web design, banner display campaigns, managing websites/microsites, fixing CMS bugs, or handling front-end and light back end code (including PHP, Ruby and other common languages) then these roles may suit you.
