We are currently seeking a Client Coordinator wanting to start their marketing career the right way, or an industry newbie wanting to step up and work with big clients on award winning work. Working within the Client Solutions department of Marketforce, this role assists the Client Managers and Client Directors and the creative and media teams in the management and administration of daily operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Gather and assemble background information
  • Monitor assigned projects to ensure completion in a timely and accurate manner
  • Respond to client contacts and provide support to Account Manager
  • Work with the Account Manager and Traffic Manager to compile, update and mange workflow
  • Act as liaison with other agency departments and vendors
  • Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Excel a MUST!
  • Understanding of general advertising principles
  • Self-starter, works with limited supervision
  • Organized and pays attention to every detail
  • Proactive versus reactive thinker
  • Manages multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence and ease

CONTENT MANAGER – FLARE BBDO

We are seeking an ambitious and qualified Content Manager to grow the FlareBBDO content production business in WA.

You will conceptualize, produce and execute on-brand creative video content for all digital/social platforms. Ability to produce quickly and prolifically (multiple creative outputs per day), while reacting to trends and helping to continually evolve the brand’s platforms.

This role will lead video project management from conception to delivery.

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee branded content programs from brief to execution.
  • Work closely with partners and Clemenger Group colleagues to ensure content programs are in line with overarching strategies.
  • Project manage programs from proposal stage through end date including; concept development, asset negotiation, asset production and brand approval, distribution, reporting and optimizations
  • Manage and train employees in the branded content and production space
  • Conceptualize, produce and execute multiple creative outputs [per day/as needed] across all social platforms (including, but not limited to, standard posts, re-cuts of how-to videos, motion-graphics videos, animated GIFs, cinemagraphs, etc.).
  • Update project management tools with statuses and oversee weekly status meeting agendas
  • Organize edits and track estimates, POs, and invoices, overseen by Director, Creative Ops
  • Stay up to date on video innovation and trends, and identify appropriate opportunities
  • Report regularly on competitive brand activity, as well as leading non-beauty brands

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or advertising
  • Detail oriented and able to creatively assess concepts and assets to ensure it is brand safe, aligned with the brand equity and within creative guidelines
  • Creative, passionate about the industry with a strong desire to do good work and bring forth new and innovative thinking
  • Collaborative, a true team player that will work well collaborating with internal and external teams
