The Role:

Do you have a hunger for sales? Do you have an excellent track record of lead generation and a proven ability to close sales targets? If so, then this role is for you. We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Senior Account Manager to join our Perth team on STM. In this role you will utilise your thirst and strong Sales skills to reconnect with existing contacts, as well as generate new Business contacts, for the development of print and digital media. Reporting directly to the Group Sales Manager.

The Person:

With your analytical thinking and exceptional listening skills you will have a passion for sales and the drive to succeed. You will be a team player who enjoys celebrating everyone’s success. Your experience in developing targeted sales plans and lead generation, with the ability to target and map customers to lead to successful sales outcomes will be essential in this role. You will have good problem solving skills and be adaptable to acquire new product and industry knowledge quickly. You will have a solid advertising sales background. A keen interest and experience in digital and its’ connection within media sales would be highly advantageous.

SPOTLIGHT ROLES OF THE WEEK

•  Digital Account Managers, SEO/SEM/EDM/CMS staff, plus Web Designers and Developers (including but not limited to PHP/Joomla/Ruby on Rails) for various temporary and permanent opportunities.

We have a number of roles on offer from Digital Producer, Project Manager and Account Manager positions, through to front end and back end coding, web development and web design. There are opportunities for designers who are also savvy in Social Media Management (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+), MailChimp, WordPress and HTML – plus programmers and developers in areas such as PHP/Joomla/Ruby on Rails. Some positions are part time (1-3 days a week) and others are full time permanent or freelance (both in-house and remote). If you have experience in SEO, SEM, EDM, CMS, front end web design, banner display campaigns, managing websites/microsites, fixing CMS bugs, or handling front-end and light back end code (including PHP, Ruby and other common languages) then these roles may suit you.
