ACCOUNT MANAGER – RARE

clients.

As Account Manager you’ll be the voice of your client and know their business

back to front. You’ll be able to whip up a financial report, put out a few fires and deliver an

Oscar-worthy motivational speech to the team – all before morning tea. You’re a do-er

and you’re ready to hit the ground running.

You will need to be a motivated mid-level to senior Account Manager with at least three

years agency experience. Rare offers a unique environment, great working conditions

Solid press/print/digital experience is required and some TV/radio experience is preferred. Excellent client relationship skills and agency operating experience is mandatory.

The successful candidate will work on a national and local portfolio, and extended responsibilities will be provided based on successful performance.

Job description

  • Project management of advertising/promotional/digital/broadcast and direct marketing campaigns from communication strategy through to delivery of material.
  • Responsible for project execution according to agency standards within established budgets and timeframes.
  • Managing relationships with clients, suppliers and multi-disciplinary agency teams.
  • Managing/maintaining the daily/weekly “Work in Progress” reports and assisting in the organisation of team meetings and workflow.
  • Ensuring that all agency systems and procedures are followed.
  • Managing financial aspects of portfolio.
  • Building full knowledge of agency’s offerings, mission and vision.
  • Developing knowledge of agency culture, structure and functions, utilising resources appropriately and efficiently.
  • Develop understanding of client’s business.

An opportunity has arisen for a Head of Digital to join the media team at OMDWA.

As Head of Digital you will have experience in all aspects of strategic digital planning and must possess the confidence, motivation and organisation to play a leadership role within the digital team, develop and lead presentations and grow clients businesses.

Food for Reasons currently grows a range of seasonal vegetables in a highly-innovative,

smart shade-house located in the Wagin Shire. The company plans to expand to a number of locations following WOA’s proposed listing on the ASX early next year. The company’s farming system is based on accelerating the return of natural processes including soil health, water quality and biodiversity and deliver four returns.

Food for Reasons has established a sales network through direct-to-consumer, independent

supermarkets and wholesalers, and has a strategy to market food on behalf of producers that operate under Four Returns guidelines.

Goal

  • Develop and implement a sales and marketing strategy that creates long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with Wheatbelt, Perth and Asian customers for fresh and packaged products sold under the Food for Reasons brand measurables (KPI’s);
  • Maximise returns on all vegetables produced in the smart, shade-house (focus on direct-to consumer, independent supermarkets and restaurants) (KPI – $ per vegetable crop)
  • Develop and implement effective and responsive sales and customer service systems to ensure we have happy and supportive customers that seek long-term relationship (KPI – customer acquisition and retention)
  • Research, design and build a marketing and branding strategy to grow the recognition and support for the Food for Reasons brand (KPI – Instagram and FB followers/likes)

Remuneration and hours

The position will be Perth based, but will require travel to Arthur River and Williams (up to

one night per week during initial two months of contract).

The role will require you to work 25 hours per week and can be arranged to be family

friendly. The role will be home-based but you will require a driver’s licence and access to a reliable car.

Remuneration will meet marketing industry standards and may include an equity package. A mobile phone will be provided – laptop to be provided by applicant.
