DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER – EQUILIBRIUM

The Role

As our Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple digital projects across a variety of clients, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, on budget, to the correct specifications and to a level of quality that meets client expectations. You will ensure that all agreed project milestones are delivered, through building strong relationships and aligning all stakeholders.

You will also:

  • Be responsible for the agency’s overall Project Management function, from initial briefing through to completion.
  • Manage project timelines, workflows and budgeting.
  • Coordinate key people to deliver outcomes, working effectively with internal teams.
  • Co-ordinate and prepare scoping and project documentation.
  • Create, implement and manage a thorough testing regime.
  • Identify and pre-empt critical issues that may impact project delivery and implement strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Analyse and report on campaigns and KPI’s.

Desired Skills and Experience

You will be a proficient Project Manager with previous Digital Agency experience and have:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar Project Management role.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale website, app and digital marketing projects.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and management.
  • Experience using Jira and Workbook preferred.
  • A formal qualification in Project Management or relevant degree will be highly regarded.

You will also have exceptional communication and organisation skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and a positive, results driven approach to your work.

PRODUCTION COORDINATOR – CINEADS

In order to continue our success, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Production Coordinator to join our small but dynamic team.  

In this multi-faceted new role, you will report directly to the Production Manager and Managing Director on a full time, permanent basis. The primary focus will be managing the entire production process from inception to screen.

We have a focus on providing world-class service, your proactive attitude will ensure you will quickly develop trusting working relationships with the business and our clients.  

Also key to the role will be coordinating design assets, reviewing and editing creative briefs, managing creative agencies to ensure deadlines are met and all parties are updated throughout the entire production cycle.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Be the first Point of Contact for all production requirements
  • Manage the production workflow ensuring deadlines, budgets and agreed deliverables are met
  • Responsible for coordinating of all design assets, review & edit client briefs and manage creative agencies
  • Track resources, costs, 3rd party costs and ensure cinema quality standards are adhered to
  • Work in conjunction with the sales and operational teams to ensure cross-function oversight and adverts are sent to cinema screens accurately and on time
  • Participate in trade nights and cinema presentations
  • Manage the finance of projects, invoicing and all administration and digital filing is kept up to date

What you’ll need:  

  • Experience preferably (but not necessarily) in the media or advertising agency in a similar role
  • Technical skills in video & photography including Photoshop will be highly regarded
  • Ability to work autonomously and under pressure to meet important deadlines
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail
  • Sound administrative skills and strong time management skills
  • Must be highly organized to manage multiple projects and to a high standard whilst keeping all parties updated and ensuring entire production process is complete from inception to screen
  • Stakeholder management – being able to translate technical terminology to non-digital sta
    keholders
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
  • Flexibility to learn and take on new challenges and demonstrate initiative
