We are generating more video and audio content than ever before. And the medium through which we consume this content is evolving. This role will be responsible for generating new business and broadening the products and services being offered.

Job tasks and responsibilities

• Identify and establish new relationships and income streams
• Liaise with key industry stakeholders including TV and Radio Stations
• Provide guidance to clients during the production and post production process
• Attend networking events and social functions as the company representative

Skills and experience

• Ideally you will have a proven record of meeting sales targets.
• Experience in establishing and maintaining business relationships.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

It would be desirable that you have experience in or an understanding of the advertising/media industry.

TRAFFIC MANAGER / MAC OPERATOR – GRAPHIC DESIGN STUDIO

Adzoo Consultancy is a Perth Advertising Agency specialising in Marketing, Branding, PR and Digital. We are currently on the lookout for a Studio Manager who is quick-thinking, well organised, approachable, loves a team environment and structure.

This is an exciting role in a growing, dynamic and fast-paced agency based in West Perth and is all about people and processes. You will be integral in helping produce quality work, a happy team and a profitable creative studio.

Working closely with the Creative Team and the Account Service Teams, you will be responsible for the time management and successful delivery of projects, along with the opportunity to co-develop processes to improve studio efficiencies, work flow and quality control.

Our perfect Traffic Manager is someone who can work collaboratively and intuitively to ensure the team are organised, happy and that the work passing through the studio runs smoothly. The Traffic Manger will also be responsible for the delivery and print production of all projects and will be required to create artwork using the Adobe Creative Suite.

The Perfect Candidate:

• Have a proactive attitude and ability to work with a team under pressure
• Highly organised and able to plan ahead, while having genuine passion for organising a team in conjunction with the Creative Director
• Constructively manage conflicting deadlines
• You would be driven by process and structure, as this will be an integral part of the role
• Satisfaction from successfully planned days, weeks and months for our agency team
• Team player who understands how an agency functions and is happy to be heavily involved with multiple departments
• Have the ability to build strong relationships with production suppliers and freelance resources
• Must have a design background with mac operating skills, and a strong knowledge of Adobe create Suite. This will be required for setting up documents and final artwork files ready for production
• Be available to work full business hours, as well as before or after hours when deadlines require so
• Be an excellent communicator and be available at all times on phone and email
• 3+ years experience in a similar role

We are currently looking to build our freelance talent pool to work alongside our creative studio in an overflow capacity. We are looking for designers with the potential to work week to week or on a daily basis with possible availability within a 24 hour notice period.

Our creative studio is extremely fast paced. We require proficient designers able to complete quality, accurate work within our studio working with Adobe Creative Suite on a Mac platform. Day to day work would consist of working in conjunction with our Account Managers to help create a wide range of marketing material, both print and digital for our diverse list of clients.
