Our Client Solutions team is responsible for generating creative and strategic solutions to meet the objectives and challenges of our clients, both reactively and proactively. As part of this team, you will be responsible for bringing these solutions to life from start to finish.

DIGITAL SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – BOUNCING ORANGE

Bouncing Orange Digital Agency is looking to expand it’s small and young dynamic team by appointing a experienced, vibrant and very motivated Digital Sales & Business Development Manager.

This role has recently been created due to the company’s continued growth. The Digital Sales & Business Development Manager will be responsible for working closely with our team to identify inventory, generate sales strategies for securing new business and sell into existing ones.

This is an exciting new role for someone that is incredibly commercial minded as well as innovative. You should have at least 2 years Offline/Online/Digital Sales experience within the creative industry.

Skills and Characteristics:

• You will be proactive and focus on B2B sales
• You are likely to have worked for a digital agency or ad agency
• Be confident delivering sales presentations to enterprise executives as well as the SME market
• A consistent track record of personal over achievement and solution generation
• A passion for online and digital content, including social media, you need to be a savvy online sales 
professional
• Background in Business Intelligence is highly desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Proven ability to identify new revenue streams and execute a sales strategy that meets goals and 
objectives
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and to work under pressure, organise and multi task
• In the mid-term to build a strong revenue stream for the digital and non digital products line with a 
long term goal of building and managing a solutions sales team
• Are familiar with open source content management technologies

Responsibilities:

• Develop sales strategies to deliver against the business objectives
• Manage the sales funnel to deliver on budgets set by the business
• Develop, prepare and present proposals
• Prepare responses to tenders, RFPs, RFQs and RFIs.
• Foster relationships with key technology partners

Results:

• Achieving and exceeding sales revenue targets.
• To build upon the existing revenue stream for the company

Remuneration:

The salary package consists of a base plus commission structure based on budget and achieved revenue

WEB DESIGNER – BOUNCING ORANGE

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Web Designer to join our young, creative team in dreaming up, planning and executing progressive web solutions for our diverse range of clients.

We are looking for someone with:

• A strong sense of web design and a portfolio to match.

• An inquisitive nature and eagerness to learn and grow.
• The ability to problem-solve independently and as part of a team.
• Confidence in communicating concepts and issues.
• Strong presentation skills.
• A receptiveness to design and development direction when it is given.

You will be responsible for:

• Designing websites with markup in mind. These projects will range from one page websites to large corporate solutions, in industries spanning all sectors, for example: government, commercial and not-for-profit.
• Constructing thoughtful site maps, wireframes and user flows.
• Designing various web collaterals such as banner ads, eNewsletters and email signatures.
• Depending on your skill set, various front-end development tasks.

Successful candidates will excel in the following areas:

• Design for websites from first concept through to final pages and accompanying items.
• Knowledge of how design impacts accessibility, UX and SEO.

• Adobe Creative Suite: high level proficiency in Photoshop and proficiency in Illustrator.

It would also be advantageous to have a combination of the following credentials:

• A minimum of 3 years industry experience.
• Front end development skills, such as: HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, responsive web development and cross-browser/cross-platform compatibility.
• CMS knowledge, especially Drupal and WordPress.
• Experience developing HTML eDMS/eNewsletters.
• Branding and print design experience.
