The Hub Marketing Communications Seeks a Dynamic Communications / Account Coordinator

This position can potentially be a full time or part time role.

• Full time role – a person with 1 or 2 years experience in a similar role.

• Part time role – a person with more experience, possibly returning to work.

This position has the opportunity to grow with a marketing communications firm, developing a wide variety of communications/pr strategies and implementation.  The position will also be the account manager of a range of Hub clients across Government, Indigenous, not-for-profit, corporate and NGO sectors.

The Hub Marketing Communications is a dynamic marketing communications firm based in Subiaco.  The Hub focuses on creating strong partnerships with clients and provides expertise across marketing, communications/PR, creative studio/brand design, web development and market research.

The Hub works with numerous organisations and businesses in industries including tourism, energy, education, health, agriculture, disability, hospitality, arts and culture, Indigenous and Government to name only a few.  (We work with some cool clients!)

Reporting to the Managing Director, the coordinator will undertake tasks including developing and implementing marketing communications plans, research analysis, client liaison and management and design coordination.

Required Skills & Attributes

  • Exceptional written skills and proofing.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • Very organised and driven to succeed.
  • Experience in client management and account coordination.
  • Sound computer skills in word, powerpoint, excel etc
  • Have the ability to multi-task.
  • Have good time management skills and be deadline driven.
  • Think outside the box.
  • Great at building strong client relationships.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Have exceptional attention to detail.
  • Be able to develop marketing communication outcomes that meet client objectives and expectations.
  • Have a positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn.
  • An appropriate qualification in marketing, PR/communications or a similar discipline.
  • PR and communications strategy and implementation experience.
  • Between 1 – 3 years work experience in a communications role.

REIWA is Western Australia’s real estate institute, the peak body for the real estate profession in the state. We exist to make the selling, leasing and buying of property as simple as possible for all Western Australians.

An exciting opportunity exists for an innovative, strategic and dynamic Digital Product Manager to join our team for a 12 month fixed term period. In this exciting role, your ultimate objective will be to drive reiwa.com to being the preferred real estate website in the WA market, using your expertise in the digital realm.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, the key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic business planning to implement and execute the reiwa.com digital strategy
  • Analysis and reporting of market trends and competitor products and services
  • Engaging and managing a collaborative and prosperous relationship with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Financial management
  • Seeking new opportunities and proactively leading the continuous improvement of products and services in the digital space

Essential qualifications, skills and experience required:

  • Tertiary level qualifications in business or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience in business to business product management
  • Firm understanding of, and proven experience in SEO, SEM, social media management and latest online marketing techniques
  • Proven excellence in customer experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence and negotiate with members and other internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in web site development and/or web site management
  • Financial literacy
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and present new ideas to key stakeholders
  • A passion for technology and the evolution of the digital market space
