Position Overview

• Reporting to an Account Executive, working on a group of media agencies and clients that advertise with the Nine Network.
• Understanding the TV media landscape and the Nine Network in particular
• Work towards quarterly revenue and share KPI’s within your team
• Booking and revising advertising spots within the context of the advertising campaign
• Communicating with clients to ensure the smooth running of the advertising campaign
• Accommodate and prioritise a number of concurrent campaigns
• Liaise with advertising agencies to coordinate bookings, revisions and rates for campaigns
• Data entry of advertising spots into the internal system
• Develop and foster commercially effective relationships with key stakeholders.

We have a vacancy in our Perth office as a hybrid role as a Sales and Solutions Coordinator that will report to both a Group Business Manager (GBM) and Group Solutions Manager (GSM).

• Reporting to a GBM and GSM working across media agencies and clients that advertise with the Nine Network.
• Understand the TV media landscape and the Nine Network in particular
• Work towards quarterly revenue and share KPI’s within your team
• Book and revise advertising spots within the context of the advertising campaign
• Communicate with clients to ensure the smooth running of the advertising campaign
• Accommodate and prioritise a number of concurrent campaigns
• Liaise with advertising agencies to coordinate bookings, revisions and rates for campaigns
• Data entry of advertising spots into the internal system
• Develop and foster commercially effective relationships with key stakeholders.
• Supporting the GSM with local production requirements e.g. updating proposals, assisting with on-site client integration, event organisation
• Supporting the GSM with administration tasks for powered by nine e.g. setting up workshop sessions, updating documents, general office management
• Assist the GSM to build solutions plans that bring strategies to life across the most relevant NEC touch points
• Ensure the promotion and enhancement of NEC’s good name and reputation.
• Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for our business and its future.
• Consistently seen as an active, positive, vocal and proactive NEC representative both internally and externally.

Qualifications/Skills Required:

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree desirable
• Strong customer service orientation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with people & relate to people at all levels of client / agency organisations
• Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
• Confident, self-motivated & demonstrates initiative
• Intermediate Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & Excel skills required
• Able to work independently & within a team environment as a team player
