Longtail, Perth’s leading digital agency, is looking for a top rank  Senior Account Manager.

Managing accounts day-to-day to make sure they’re on track both in terms of technical delivery and financial accuracy, you will look after your clients’ digital requirements and projects.

Through strong client relationships, you would be expected to create an environmentwhere the best work can flourish, ensuring clear and timely briefings and the right allocation of resources within the agency.

Working with a group of like-minded, passionate marketing specialists who each have significant experience in the digital space, this is a great opportunity to work with Perth’s leading full service digital agency. The senior account manager is an ambassador for the agency both internally and externally.

Principal Duties include:

• Manage and exceed client expectations in termsof delivering quality digital projects that are within required time frames andbudget
• Holds responsibility for each account and clientrelationship
• Drive, maintain and grow the current client base
• Provides strategic client input whilst maintaining a hands-on approach to the job

Key skills required for the role:

• Demonstrated account management experience, including strong project management skills in the digital space
• Understanding of web technologies
• Highly organised, with the flexibility to manage and prioritise numerous projects at one time
• Proven track record of developing strong client relationships
• Excellent communication skills and confident manner
• Ability to negotiate and influence key stakeholders
• Impeccable attention to detail

There is also an Account Manager/BDM position on offer within a digital printing company close to the Perth CBD. Salary would depend on experience, but could range anywhere from $55-75K. (However, OTE could depend on set KPI’s on revenue achieved, and a car allowance may be provided for proven industry players.) We are seeking an experienced Print Account Manager/BDM, or Print Customer Service person who is looking to take the next step, to accelerate their career at this award winning company, and drive further growth in our client’s digital print market. Being solely a digital print business, with state of the art printing and finishing equipment – they specialise in short run digital printing – with clients including designers, agencies, studios, government departments, schools and corporate clients. The successful applicant’s role would involve setting appointments over the phone, as well as presenting face to face with clients, to up sell the benefits of digital printing. The work would suit someone bright, enthusiastic and competitive-natured – who enjoys the printing industry, and feels that they can bring value to this company. •  Client Side – Junior Designer/Art worker opportunity:

We have an upcoming full time permanent job for an Assistant Designer/Art Worker to help within an in-house catalogue department, working alongside the Marketing Manager/Senior Designer for a manufacturing company south east of the river. Salary will range from $35-45K, based on experience. The work involves art working existing products such as monthly specials, brochures, instructions and simple packaging (all following existing tight brand guidelines), whilst being able to display your creative flair when needed, working independently from loose creative briefs.
