This is a challenging role and demands the highest level of administrative support to the most cohesive Sales Team in Perth. There is one catch, it is a maternity leave contract for 12 months but if you’re really good, we’ll find a way to keep you as we’ve done in the past!

  • Experience delivering and implementing online and offline brand strategies.
  • Work with local and international clients.
  • 5 years in-house or agency marketing experience
  • Excellent communication skills – written and spoken English and its grammar.
  • A creative mindset.
  • Savvy management and organisational skills.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and Photoshop.
  • Sound knowledge of SEO principals and how to develop content to grow organic search.
  • Knowledge of reporting and analytic tools including Google Analytics.

Your role

As the Senior Producer / Operations Manager you are a key member of the team and responsible for the day to day management of the studio. This will include quoting, scheduling and coordinating work and ensuring all outputs meet strict quality standards.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a person who has the following skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Exceptional Account Management / Customer service skills.
  • Experience in the advertising/marketing/film industries

As the successful Customer Solutions Manager, you will execute and implement national insights and trade marketing strategies within the state across all categories that will support product development and execution to the advertising department and the wider WA business.

You will have one direct report, who will be responsible for providing sales collateral, incorporating insights and trade event management and implementation.

The Person

To enjoy success in this role you will hold a relevant tertiary qualification (Ideally within Strategy/Insights/Trade marketing). You will currently be a successful Customer Insights Manager with strong sales/leadership exposure. Your leadership & communication skills will be second to none and your analytical thinking will play a massive part in your success. You will also be able to manage and prioritise large amounts of active tasks.

The understanding of trade & insights will be second nature to you and the ability to provide insights at a strategic level will be what excites you.
