As a Web Developer, you will:
• Develop and improve websites and web applications.
• Work with the team to resolve issues, prioritise needs and find solutions.
• Conduct effective testing practices.
• Stay up to date with the latest web development practices through training, study, or participation in community events.
• Diagnose and manage issues uncovered by customer feedback and testing.
• Prepare code to ensure it meets progressive standards.
• Assist with project planning by analysing technical requirements.

Requirements
• Experience with modern web development practices, languages and applications.
• Comfort with front-end practices in JavaScript, HTML and CSS.

The Role
We’re looking for someone with 5+ years experience in a leading digital / web firm, ready to drive real impact with an ambitious, award-winning, purpose driven team.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various website projects.

You’ll have great communication skills, the ability to problem solve, talk tech and work closely with a team of researchers, UX designers, UI designers and developers to deliver modern, accessible and high-performing digital products and platforms. • Participate in projects, preparation of sales materials, and perform other duties as assigned
