  • Manage a portfolio of existing cus

  • Review finished work and prepare job invoices
  • Provide reporting on customer portfolio as required

We require someone who is passionate about providing outstandingcustomer service and who enjoys working in a very busy, fast pacedenvironment. To be considered for this position you will also need todisplay the following:

  • Experience in dealing with clients in a busy environment and preferably some post education achievements for recent graduates.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a pressured environment
  • Fluent in MS Word & Excel
  • A relevant TAFE diploma or university degree in Business/Marketing or similar would be ideal but not essential
  • Enjoyment from working in a close knit team, with a strong drive and ambition to succeed and develop at Zipform
