AGENCY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT / MARKETING / PR

Marketing Manager

Our client is a national mining engineering company that works very closely with 2 of the largest mining companies in Perth. We are looking for a Marketing Manager that will be seen as 2IC to the Group Corporate Affairs Manager. Area’s they also focus on is oil and gas and rail. The company is a $250million company with some ambitious but achievable business goals to be come a $500million company over 2 years and a $1billion company within 5 years after the first milestone. This will be achieved through organic growth and some very clever marketing required by someone who has a very good understanding in marketing to the mining industry and even has a background with it. You will be responsible for managing and training 2 marketing officers and the day to day responsibility of working with the various business units with optimise their market position within the areas they do business in.

Account Director $80k to $90k + Super + 15% Comms on New Business + $5k Bonus per every $50k of new business (from $200k YTD and upwards)

Though this position has an incentivised package, please note this is very much a client facing role. This boutique agency is looking for a new Account Director to join their small business of 6. You will be given a portfolio of accounts to manage which will see you work on strategy, planning for some well known clients and brands they work closely with. You will also be rewarded for bringing on new business. This is a very small agency with great creative and clients which would be suitable for anyone who thrives working within a hands-on incentivised agency environment. Senior Business Manager | Media – ‘from’ $70k to $80k + Super

Our client is a global media agency that has a strong footprint across the globe. With several lucrative media accounts based in Perth, the client is now looking to put a reputable media professional on the ground in WA to properly service their clients. The Senior Business Manager is very much a client services role which will see you manage some of Perth’s most exciting media clients in Perth. Utilising your extensive experience with TV, Radio and Digital buying you will partner with creative agencies to develop the best media strategy for your client. In the spirit of emphasising family values, this role would require you to pop into Melbourne once a month to take part in team activities, training and internal relationship building. You will have the backing of a strong senior management team which is committed to providing excellent support and leadership to ensure the success of their launch to Perth and more importantly ‘you’.

The position for a Senior Digital Account Director has since been made available. The Senior Digital Account Director, will be an expert in creating and implementing strategy, social media, digital communications planning and integrated campaigns where your previous exposure will go along way in educating clients and internal stakeholders on the latest trends in digital.

Social Media Gaming Development Manager (Sydney) – Negotiable salary

My client is currently in the BETA tests of a new social media gaming product made for facebook. I am interested in speaking to anyone who is skilled in building up a loyal user base for games associated to Facebook. Ideally if you have had some experience in working on Zynga games such as Zynga Poker, Mafia Wars, Farmville, Cityville etc, you would be of interest to us. The client is an international adult(casino) gaming company which has identified a new revenue stream totally different to their 20 online casino sites they manage. This role is open to anyone in the world. Flights to Sydney and accomodation for an interview be paid by the client. This is a newly created autonomous role. Essentially this product will be your baby to manage.
