Equilibrium is looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic Account Executive. Preferably, you’ll be across offline and online with a minimum of 2 years agency or related experience.

This is very much a hands-on role where you’ll be working collaboratively within a small team alongside account management, clients and a creative and production team. If you can write great briefs, generate timelines and contact reports, manage jobs through from start to finish, are highly organised with awesome interpersonal skills, then we want to hear from you.

A position currently exists for a talentedsales professional to join The West Australian Real Estate Team.

Your responsibilities will involve growingrevenue from an existing client base while identifying new businessopportunities within a designated sales territory.

Specifically you will:

• Identify and pursue new salesopportunities

• Manage a group of established clients

• Contribute to the achievement of revenuebudgets

• Ensure all dealings with customers arepositive and timely

• Facilitate smooth operation from point ofsale to publication

JOB OF THE WEEK: Senior Multimedia Advisor – Residential or FIFO

The main purpose of this role is to identify, design and create various training videos, multi-media and online related training tools that improve the delivery methods and retention of training in a workforce that has low-level literacy barriers and is targeting 40% indigenous workforce. This involves identifying new opportunities based on business demands and providing alternative techniques and advice to leaders to enhance training delivery and improve information retention. You will be working in close partnership with training and development team and HR team.

To be successful in this role you will have Advanced skills across a broad range of creative applications online, video and print, Adobe Creative Suite, an essential requirement. Having a very strong English language skills/written communication skills will assist your ability to write scripts, either for self-narration or ‘talking head’ productions, as with your ability to communicate effectively with a range of internal stakeholders to build strong working relationships. Mining or heavy industry exposure is desirable but not essential.
