ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE/ACCOUNTS PAYABLE OFFICER – THE BRAND AGENCY

We require a full time Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Officer with a minimum of 2 years experience who will be responsible for client invoicing, client reporting, accounts payable, reconciliations plus a range of other finance tasks.

The successful candidate will be someone with exceptional attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, be a team player and have the ability to work to deadlines. Strong excel skills is essential plus familiarity with BCC or another accounting system.

NEW – Exhibitions Draftsperson

Our client is a highly specialised advertising and design company that has a focus on designing and developing high class 3D Exhibitions around the World. An opportunity is now available for an adventurous Draftsperson to join the Exhibition and Displays department. Working along side the project manager, you will be responsible for designing exhibits in AutoCAD (3D level highly desired) from conceptual design drawings provided by the creative team. You will also be required to manage these projects within the deadline. This role may involve a fair amount of national and international travel, which will take you to countries such as the Americas, The Middle East, Asia, Africa and Europe. The ownership of a passport and a supportive family or partner is absolutely necessary. The ultimate plan for this role will see the Draftsperson be moulded and trained to an effective exhibitions project manager.

Exhibitions Production Manager (International Travel Required)

Our client is an advertising communications company that has a very large exhibition component to their business who is now looking for an exhibitions production manager to work along side the project manager. This role will require an extensive amount of overseas travel to places such as South America, North America, Middle East, Europe and Asia. The ideal candidate will be someone who may have started on the tools and has 5 years hands-on experience and knowledge in environmental and exhibition design. Ladies and gents… this is a role that requires a supporting wife, husband or partner so their permission will go a long way in succeeding in this role.

Freelance Flash Developer

Required for a 4 day assignment next week with a boutique digital agency for 10 x 30 second movie segments. $40 to $50 per hour.

Digital Art Director

Recognised as one of Australia’s leading digital agencies, our client is now looking to strengthen its creative team with the addition of an Art Director. Working closely within your team and in collaboration with account teams, you will be responsible for the creation of interface concepts, graphics and icons for use on new media projects. Your role will also involve the mentoring of the online creative team where you will better educate them on the latest trends and patterns in the digital space.

Sales Account Manager

Our client is one Australia’s most highly regarded, most read and enjoyed mining publications. Having a long affinity with the mining and oil & gas sector organisations our client has identified the need to appoint an Account Manager to drive sales in a new and exciting digital publication. Reporting to the office in London, your primary focus will be directed towards driving existing and new readers to a new publication, focused on delivering mining news around the world to WA businesses.

We’re looking for a couple of people to fill some big boots in our busy studio. Outgoing, gregarious and confident, with enough experience to be completely comfortable taking ownership of multiple jobs and projects, the successful applicants will be expected to use their initiative to solve problems in a demanding and collaborative creative environment.

Finished artist

This is not an entry-level position and the person we’re looking for will have extensive experience within an agency or similar pre-press environment working as a senior creative artworker or finished artist.

The ideal candidate will need to be comfortable in a fast-moving studio environment juggling multiple jobs and using high level InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator skills to produce a broad range of complex print-ready finished artwork.

Applicants should have:

• A thorough knowledge and understanding of print and production techniques

• A love of typography, a great eye for colour-correction and high level retouching skills

• A good feel for design and layouts

• Attention to detail that is, quite literally, second to none.

Mac Artist

We’re also looking for an experienced Mac Artist.

Needless to say, the person we’re looking for will be a gun with InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator and will also have a great eye for detail.

You’re going to be comfortable taking jobs from concepts through to art, creating complex press-ready artwork using your high level retouching and colour-correction skills along the way.
