Key duties include:
- Manage project marketing strategies for a portfolio of residential communities.
- Monitor effectiveness of strategies that drive results through effective lead generation.
- Manage the production of marketing campaigns and collateral in collaboration with advertising agencies and marketing suppliers. This includes signage, advertising, brochures, digital and online marketing, direct mail marketing and sales office fit-outs.
- Direct the design and prepare content of micro-sites and other online marketing materials, taking responsibility for regular updating of the sites.
- Ensure cohesive implementation of marketing strategies by working closely with our project managers and sales professionals.
- Manage and monitor sizable marketing budgets and report on key marketing metrics.
Selection Criteria:
- Formal qualifications in Marketing or demonstrated relevant experience in a similar role
- A hands on approach to every aspect of your work
- Demonstrated successful coordination of marketing campaigns and collateral
- Excellent verbal and written expertise
- Proven ability to work under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines
- Creative flare and an eye for detail
- Confident ability to work in a team environment
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency in Publisher, InDesign, Photoshop and related Adobe programs will be highly regarded
