Account Manager

You’ll have had significant experience in account management at an Ad Agency, PR, Digital or design company and have a big passion for communications and client service relations. You’ll be very comfortable working with creative, media and production experts and happy to be a self starter and work autonomously. You’ll have a good understanding of print and broadcast production processes and be ready to expand your skills. If you enjoy a dynamic, fun and busy team orientated atmosphere you’ll love every minute at RARE. The position offers many strategic and creative opportunities to show what you can do.

Account Executive

We are looking for a motivated and disciplined Account Executive with at least one year of agency experience to join our enthusiastic and highly skilled team. You need to be organised, possess great communication skills and have great attention to detail. Press/print experience is required and some TV/radio experience is preferred but not essential. The role is a stepping stone to Account Management. If you are up for it, the opportunity is there.

MEDIA SALES ASSISTANT – SEVEN AFFILIATE SALES

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducting desk-top research, in-depth interviews and facilitating client workshops
  • Online surveys
  • Working with our Consulting Team to develop strategic recommendations arising from the research

MARKETING MANAGER, TRAVEL & TOURISM – RAC

(12 month contract position)

This exciting role will oversee all aspects of the marketing function from planning to execution of campaigns and activities. Ideally you will have a background in a retail or travel industry related marketing role and have the ability to show commercial acumen, an understanding of market analysis, along with campaign and project management skills. You will be able to demonstrate strong experience of applying customer insight to form successful campaigns and be confident in stakeholder and budget management.

Among others your strengths will include:

  • Devising, implementing and managing targeted marketing plans that produce the best response ensuring budget effectiveness and maximum ROI.
  • Campaign management and experience of directing and critiquing campaigns, including use of channels and creative direction.
  • Leadership qualities to develop the performance of the marketing team, delivering on business objectives.
  • Focus, drive and passion to achieve results to contribute to revenue targets.
  • Ability to facilitate strong relationships and seek new business opportunities.
