MARKETING MANAGER/ACCOUNT MANAGER – CRUSH
Crush are looking to expand their growing team with the addition of a Marketing / Account Manager / PR / Business Development all-rounder. This is a full time position and an exciting opportunity for applicants looking to build on their current experience within our busy studio.
The role will include, but is not limited to, contributing to developing and then implementing marketing campaigns and strategies, day to day account management of some of our great and varied clients, and using your initiative and media networks to generate PR that supports the activities of our clients.
You will be working closely with the Managing Director and the design team to implement marketing and communications initiatives that include print and digital advertising, direct marketing and social media campaigns.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, energetic and creative individual that is willing to jump right in and work hard to achieve our clients’ objectives. The ability to build and maintain client relationships will be an important part of this role.
Exceptional organisational and communication skills are a must, as is experience with brand management and development. Some knowledge of print production would be advantageous but is not necessary.
The applicant must have excellent copywriting skills that can be adapted across wide ranging industries for both print, advertising and web and be motivated to seek new business opportunities for both Crush and our clients.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER (FULL TIME) – IKEA SERVICE OFFICE

The Communication & Interior Design function in the IKEA Service Office is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic co-worker who has 2 to 3 years experience in a Graphic Design role to help meet our increasing in-house production needs. You will be responsible for the design, preparation of communication materials, which will be used in our stores. You will also help to ensure that all our communication complies with the IKEA concept, style and attitude.
We are looking for someone who has the following attributes:
• Good communication skills
• Excellent planning and time management
• Attention to detail
• Work effectively in a team environment
• Experience in pre-press, large format print production and self adhesive vinyl production
• Sound working knowledge of all Adobe CS6 applications (for Mac)
• Has the ability to multitask and work unsupervised
Working within the IKEA framework, typography style and in-house image bank you will contribute to the customer experience in our store through effective communication and commercial design. This is not a role for creative hotshots but suited a talented individual interested in the craft and skill associated in working with a global brand identity and language.
