The Brand Agency is a fully integrated communications agency looking for an Account Director to work on a key agency client portfolio. You’ll be supported by a team of three Account Service professionals and report to the Group Business Director.
You’ll be responsible for delivering innovative campaigns, facilitating and contributing to strategic concepts and work with the client to establish and manage budgets and timeframes. You will have a creative and analytical approach to problem solving and a pride for your job that will be reflected in the work you deliver and the deadlines that you meet. You will lead, plan and execute on all areas of the client’s business, developing an in-depth understanding of the client’s industry and target customer that will enable you to provide insights to keep your them ahead of their competitors.
You are fastidious with attention to detail, personable and able to form and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and your agency team alike. You will be agile with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the client and/or the agency and you will be driven and passionate about advertising and marketing communications across all platforms on and offline.
Agency experience of not less than 6 years essential along with highly developed written and verbal communication skills. An attractive salary package will be negotiated dependent on previous experience.

The successful applicant will work closely with Sales Managers, Account Managers and Content Teams to develop successful advertising strategies for our clients. This critical and multi-faceted role will see you responsible for a wide variety of duties including but not limited to:
- Uncover and understand our client’s marketing challenges and communications strategies to provide the best possible solutions.
- Oversee the development of multi-channel communications solutions that complement and magnify our client’s strategies
- Engage relevant SCA resources including research, creative, production, interactive, content and activation teams in order to produce the best possible advertising package.
- Develop strong relationships with senior decision makers in agencies and clients, and leverage these relationships to uncover business opportunities and help SCA get ‘upstream’
- Assist Account Managers to package and pitch more effectively.
To be considered for this position, it is expected that applicants have at least 3 – 5 years experience within a media agency, media owner or client. You will be able to demonstrate your experience in formulating campaign strategies as well as possessing a working understanding of media agencies, their relationship with clients and media owners as well as their internal structures.

HEAD OF DIGITAL, WA REGION – NEWS LTD (The Sunday Times & PerthNow)
The Head of Digital WA reports directly to the Regional Director, and is responsible for setting the regional strategy and plan for transforming the business into a multi platform and customer centric media operation.
The Role
The successful candidate will be the digital champion within the Perth Division, leading the digital product, marketing, sales and content strategy. The key responsibility for this role will be to develop, deliver and optimise market leading, innovative digital products to drive revenue within the News Limited national digital commercialisation strategy.
The Person
The successful applicant will possess tertiary qualifications in Marketing/ Business or a related discipline. Ideally applicants will come from within a Senior Marketing or Advertising role involving the marketing and sales of digital products.
Previous media exposure would be well regarded
Applicants must be able to display strong organisational, project management and time management skills which will be mandatory to manage all key stakeholders and detailed workloads.
A proven track record of success in building high performing teams with strong relationship management and influencing skills will be required to effectively manage multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication and analytical/reporting skills, MS computer literacy with a strong attention to detail is essential to this role.
A flair for creativity, good communication proficiency & adaptable presentation style will suit the adaptability required to engage in high level strategic conversations to mid and lower level practical delivery style.
The ability to build strong long term relationships and networks within every major market will be vital to the success of this role

As a Growth Program Manager, you will be responsible for sales and marketing plus program management and development of the portfolio of non-academic education programs branded as ‘Curtin Growth’. These programs are well established with a high reputation in the business community and are designed to assist small-to-medium enterprise (SME) owners and managers control and grow their businesses.
You will report to the Director, Entrepreneurship & Executive Education, and will be located at the Centre for Entrepreneurship (C4E) in Bentley Technology Park. C4E was founded in 1995 and is a semi-autonomous, commercial unit within the Curtin Business School.
