SENIOR CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER – BRAINCELLS

braincells is keen to immediately appoint a Senior Client Services Manager to our growing team.

We’re seeking someone with five plus years experience, keen to take on a very hands on role working with an extremely interesting range of clients including food, beverage, property and education. Primarily this person will be responsible for the day to day operations of a portfolio of clients – and there will also be scope for exposure to broader strategic planning activities. Working within an account team of three – they will report to one of our Directors of Client Services and work with a Client Services Executive.

Salary is negotiable with additional working benefits including free parking.

WEB DESIGNER/DEVELOPER – BLACKBOX DESIGN

Blackbox is a full service, interdisciplinary graphic design consultancy based in central Subiaco.

A full-time position exists for an experienced Web Designer/Developer to join the Blackbox team.

You will:

• Create websites from initial concept to completion including wireframes, full design mock-ups and code.
• Modify existing sites to suit client requirements.
• Deploy sites to our hosting platform using SSH, git, SFTP, CPanel, WHM etc.
• Provide design advice & technical support for clients.
• Work closely with our senior design and management team.

Skill requirements:

• Well versed in creating website layouts in Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Hand-coding interactive design layouts with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/JQuery.
• Hand-coding WordPress templates (or similar CMS like Drupal).
• Designing and coding HTML email templates.
• Basic management of a LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)-based web stack.

Not required, but a plus:

• Familiarity with CVS systems such as git and SVN.
• Familiarity with GitHub.
• Familiarity with Campaign Monitor.
• Working with CPanel & WHM for website administrator tasks.
• Adobe Flash plus any other related skills
• Comfortable working on OS X

You will have 3-5yrs + prior work experience, be highly creative and have strong communication skills that will allow you to liaise directly with clients to interpret their needs and deliver outstanding design and technical solutions.

• Designing incredible websites, email templates and product interfaces for corporate clients.
