JUNIOR COPYWRITER – BRAINCELLS
We are looking for a Junior Copywriter who is keen to be part of a young and exciting creative team. You will be expected to have at least 2/3 years experience in an agency and a passion for developing new ideas that work across all channels of communication.
A keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail in your work are essential. As work is very deadline driven and can extend into evenings and weekends you will need to be flexible. You will be a clear communicator who enjoys working in a close knit team and can take direction from the Creative Director and Senior Copywriter.
What you will be doing:
- liaising with clients and interpreting their briefs;
- working with client service teams;
- developing creative ideas and concepts in partnership with the Junior Art director;
- presenting ideas to colleagues and clients;
- writing clear, persuasive, original copy;
- updating digital media;
- proofreading copy;
- amending, revising or redeveloping ads or campaigns in response to feedback from the creative director, account team or clients;
- overseeing campaigns through the production stage to completion;
- working on several campaigns at once, sometimes under pressure and often to tight deadlines;
- casting actors for TV and radio work, and listening to voice tapes;
- liaising with production companies, photographers, typographers, designers and printers;
- keeping up to date with popular culture and trends;
- monitoring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

SPONSORSHIP & PROMOTIONS CO-ORDINATOR – COMMUNITY NEWSPAPER GROUP
A rare opportunity exists in the marketing department of Community Newspaper Group for a Sponsorship and Promotions Co-ordinator. The brand equity of the group’s corporate brand as well as the 18 mastheads are managed by the marketing team. Staying connected to each local community through sponsorships, promotions and other marketing initiatives is a large part of delivering upon this and therefore is a fundamental objective of this role.
A fast paced environment, working to tight deadlines, the successful applicant will demonstrate the ability to deliver on multiple projects simultaneously. This role is for a highly motivated, career driven individual who is passionate about marketing.
Reporting to the marketing manager, primarily your role will be to:

FREELANCE DESIGNER/MAC OPERATOR/ART DIRECTOR LOOKING FOR ‘FREE SPACE’
Evo Innovation is looking for a talented designer or art director based “freelance” creative to join them at their office in Rokeby Road, Subiaco. You’ll be rewarded with “free” office space but here’s the rub – you’ll need to offset the “free rent” with a special (reduced) rate for our work. This will be approximately 2 days a week.
You’ll need to have a hot folio and show talent and knowledge in graphic and website design, advertising, art direction and artwork. You’ll also need your own Mac and all the usual programs/software. A strong interest in social media and online would be awesome.
