Staff from The Sunday Times celebrated being named newspaper of the Year at the 2008 News Awards recently. Up against all News Ltd titles nationwide, The Sunday Times won for its transformation from a one-day-a-week newspaper into a growing, round-the-clock masthead of its newspaper with its website PerthNow.
