NickMarvin_BLOG.jpgLike basketball? Interested in what a team does to build fan engagement when they aren’t on the court? Interested in meeting a guy with his eye firmly on the ball? Then the next ADMA West Australia branch breakfast is for you.

The branch is bringing in Nick Marvin, General Manager of the Perth Wildcats, to speak at their next Early Bird Breakfast series event on Wednesday 11 June from 7.15 am-9.00am, at Fraser’s Restaurant, West Perth.

As current Chairman of the National Basketball League (NBL) and CEO of Perth Wildcats, Nick has led the team through several Grand Final seasons and two premiership wins since joining the club in 2006.

Nick will discuss ways to leverage membership engagement across an extended timeframe, exploring the various brand activities and community initiatives employed by Perth Wildcats during the off-season.

Using a range of strategies including marketing, above-the-line activities and digital, Nick has successfully cultivated member loyalty and engagement, enabling memberships to grow annually by an impressive 35 per cent.

The club’s growth is further evident through consecutive sell-out attendances for the past few years with the Wildcats’ website the most popular in the NBL.

This is the second of three planned breakfasts for 2014 on the theme of customer experience being organised by the ADMA WA branch.

Fraser’s Restaurant is located on Fraser Avenue, Kings Park, West Perth.

Registrations for this event close 6 June 2014. Tickets are $99 for ADMA members and $115 for non-members. Click here for more information and Bookings.
