The Digital Imagineers Company celebrates ten years and enters a new era of 4K video

“Wow – what an amazing ten years we have had” said General Manager Stephen Aspinall. “Technology has changed in so many ways!”

Aspinall said TDIC has introduced many technological advances to its business over the years, however none more exciting than editing software Quantel Rio.

The Digital Imagineers Company has installed the first Quantel Rio in Australia, adding 4K video capacity from end-to-end to the company’s armada of capabilities when combined with their Sony F55 and amazing Cabrio lenses.

“Quantel has once again delivered us a platform enabling the fastest editing in 4K, which means our HD editing is now blistering fast!” Aspinall said.

Based in Subiaco, The Digital Imagineers Company specialises in the production of television programs, commercials and corporate videos. Their television portfolio has included lifestyle Programming for the Nine Network and currently delivering WA Weekender to the Seven Network as well as major commercials produced on behalf of direct clients and most of Perth’s leading advertising agencies.

WA Weekender is on Sunday at 5:30pm on Channel Seven leading into the all-important 7 News, which has the largest audience of weekend television.

Leading into 7 News Perth allows WA Weekender to build viewership in key demographics and target key decision makers with interesting and educational content, resulting  in the program regularly winning its timeslot!
