The Bunch says “thanks a bunch!”

After 21 years together, mix94.5’s The Bunch celebrated their final breakfast together with a live broadcast last Friday, October 25 at Mosman’s Restaurant. The sunrise over the Swan River marked the perfect end to an era that has seen Perth wake up with Fred Botica, Lisa Shaw and Captain Paul Shepherd for longer than any other Breakfast team in the country.

The trio took a trip down memory lane as friends such as Tony Martin, Wil Anderson and Pete Rowsthorn shared their favourite Bunch moments with a group of invited listeners – one of whom walked away with a prize of $10,000.

From Monday 28th October, there’s a brand new way to start your day – with Clairsy, Shane and Kymba for breakfast! The team will be joined by Captain Paul who will continue to deliver his infamous traffic reports throughout the new show.

While Fred takes a break until March, it’s going to be Lisa and current Workday Announcer, Tim Lordan, for the drive home.
