The Brand Agency and Ektron behind REIWA’s redeveloped reiwa.com real estate portal
The Real Estate Institute of Western Australia recently relaunched its well-known real estate portal reiwa.com.
The change is part of a new commitment by the Institute to make reiwa.com the go-to place for property in WA, and to provide all Western Australians with up-to-date listings and lots of tools at their fingertips to make the selling, leasing and buying of property as simple as possible.
Executive Manager of reiwa.com, Lisa Ravlich, said the new reiwa.com has been created after intensive consultation with the public.
“The Brand Agency was appointed to develop the digital strategy, design and front-end development of the new site and we selected Ektron to provide the Content Management System (CMS) and implementation services for its website redevelopment,” Ravlich said. “The result has been worth it: a modern, accessible and comprehensive website that’s easy to navigate. The new reiwa.com is a place for buyers, tenants and agents in WA to connect; a real alternative to national portals.”
Ravlich said the new site has been designed to work smoothly across all PCs, tablets and mobile devices. It also has bigger photos, educational material for buyers, sellers and renters and lots of local suburb detail including demographics, lifestyle options, growth details and interactive maps.
“What really sets us apart from the competition is our mapping. We have partnered with WA government department, Landgate, to highlight property boundaries and their dimensions, along with water and sewer connections for listings.”
REIWA Chief Executive Neville Pozzi said a great deal of time and money had gone into improving the site.
“We are very excited about the new website and confident the public will embrace it. It is without doubt the best property website operated by any real estate institute in Australia and has outstanding local content.”
Pozzi said REIWA was serious about competing with the large commercial property websites in the marketplace and determined to become the preferred place for all things real estate in WA.
“There has never been a better time for reiwa.com to be completely refreshed and modernised. It’s what the public have been calling for and what our members expect of us,” said Pozzi.
Being industry owned, reiwa.com is operated by REIWA and currently reaches over 400,000 property seekers every month and over 19,000 Western Australian unique browsers every day.

Not a very interesting site, functional, yes. dull, for sure.
Shame about the third party advertising. It overpowers the nice clean design.
The search functionality is useless I select HOUSES as property type and get UNITS and APARTMENTS. …Useless
