TCC Jump Start program kicks off for 2018

The Communications Council has kicked off the 2018 Jump Start Program supported by local Communications Council member agencies 303 MullenLowe, Clarity Communications, Gatecrasher, Marketforce, Meerkats, The Brand Agency, Trilogy and Initiative Media.

This year’s speed date saw participating agencies include their own Jump Start Alumni representing their agencies and inspiring the next generation of industry professionals over the 3-hour event.

“The Perth industry is full of great stories that have been created by the power of Jump Start”, said Gavin Bain, Communications Council WA Chair & CEO of Meerkats. “To have Jump Start Alumni now representing the agencies in this program, just confirms the program’s success.”

Over the past six years Jump Start has proven its worth assisting graduates in launching their careers in the local industry, as well as delivering member agencies Perth’s brightest talent across the areas of planning, account management, creative services and production.

Danielle Norrish, The Communications Council State Manager WA said “We can’t take every graduate to the next stage of the program so the speed date offers every graduate who applied an opportunity to meet with participating agencies, grow their network and gain insight into our vibrant industry.”
