SwanCare announces new partnership with The Hub Marketing Communications following tender

Aged care provider SwanCare has taken on The Hub Marketing Communications as the company embarks on its biggest transformation since inception more than 55 years ago.
SwanCare is looking to reinforce its brand presence as the Bentley-based organisation moves forward with a $60 million development phase including the construction of a state-of-the-art, 120 bed residential care facility and revamped leisure precinct and community centre.
“Backed by solid industry knowledge, impressive marketing collateral, a strategic mind-set and brand instinct, we are confident The Hub is the best choice to partner with us for our marketing and communications needs,” SwanCare CEO Graham Francis said.
“Since 1961, the SwanCare brand has been synonymous with leading retirement communities and we are confident The Hub will enhance SwanCare’s recognition across the wider community.”
The Hub’s experience with the disability sector was a significant factor in its acquisition of the ongoing SwanCare account, after demonstrating a sound understanding of the opportunities and challenges within the aged care and retirement sector during a competitive tender process.
The Hub Managing Director, Nicolle Jenkins (pictured above) said, “Change in the Aged Care sector is echoing shifts we have experienced working with clients in the disability sector. Branding is paramount to differentiate in this competitive, changing market and marketing and communications are key.”
With more than 1,000 residents at the Bentley Park community alone, SwanCare provides a range of retirement living options for older Western Australians. From downsizing the family home to fully assisted living, the community caters for a variety of needs with a full calendar of optional activities.
“We are really passionate about offering a range of services and facilities to best fit retirees and their future residential care requirements,” said Francis. “The Hub’s approach will help us to capture the warmth of the great community we are fostering and deliver our message to the wider community.”
“We went to tender looking for a dynamic marketing force that understands our business. The Hub Marketing Communications is strategically focused and full-service with the experience to effectively promote the SwanCare brand,” he said.
Jenkins said they were excited about partnering with SwanCare.
“This is a crucial stage in their vision for modern retirement living and our experienced team is looking forward to developing a holistic marketing strategy that links with the organisation’s strategic direction.”
