Six teams (so far) set to Run For A Reason

With four weeks to go until the HBF Run for a Reason, teams from 303, Nova 93.7, Scott Print, Print Logic, GT Media and Meerkats have already registered for the big run on May 23.

Don’t forget that there are two distances you can run, or walk:

• The Act-Belong-Commit 4.5km event which takes you from the WACA winding along a scenic course around Gloucester Park and through East Perth. Participants finish by running onto the WACA ground.
• The Act-Belong-Commit 14km event which takes you from the WACA, along Riverside Drive, onto the Mitchell Freeway and then the Graham Farmer Freeway, through the tunnel, onto Great Eastern Highway and over the Causeway. Participants finish by running onto the WACA ground.

Teams (big or small) are welcome. All you need to do is set up a team at www.hbfrun.com.au, register your runners/ walkers and then email Gavin at Meerkats to notify him you’re in – gavin@meerkats.com.au

The week after the run we’ll get together for some low carb beers, soda water with GU chasers and unsalted almonds at an informal get together at the Subiaco Hotel. We’ll announce the fastest male and female runner in each distance, and the fastest agency in average time for each distance.
