SHEDcsc works Feverishly
SHEDcsc have been working closely with the team at Netball WA to develop a new brand positioning and campaign for the West Coast Fever.
“It’s an exciting time for the club” said Marketing Manager James Young. “The arrival of two-time World Championship winning coach Norma Plummer signals a new era for the team. She’ll bring with her the tough uncompromising approach to the game that has made her and the players in her charge such a force to be reckoned with. We’re sure this injection of ‘Tough Love’ will make a huge difference to the team next season.”
SHEDcsc’s Drew Ridley said the Tough Love campaign reflects this tough new stance and no nonsense attitude and is a real departure from how the Fever has been positioned in the past.
“The girls are throwing down the gauntlet and showing both the fans and the competition that the Fever mean business in 2012 and are aiming high!”
The campaign kicks off with the 2012 membership drive, including membership collateral, a website redesign, press and posters are to follow.

As exciting as watching paint dry…
Leonardo go to a game some time. All those Amazons battling it out in their short little skirts…you might be pleasantly surprised!
It’s a tough game. I played for many years before suffering a serious kick to my vagina.
Agree with G. Power. I was a goalie for many years playing at state level and the guys have nailed intensity of the game in these ads. I was kicked in the vagina all the time. I was also punched there. It is brutal. One time I was sent off with a very badly bruised labia. It took weeks for the bruising to settle. The coach said it was there worst labia trauma he had ever seen. Well done.
Sounds like the Shed team should look into securing the rights to the infamous Peter Cook-Dudley Moore “C-nt Kicking” routine, they could rework it into a great radio spot for Netball WA.
