SHEDcsc releases first campaign for Raw Hire
After winning the business late last year, creative agency SHEDcsc has produced its first campaign for Raw Hire.
From its humble beginnings in 1998 as a home-grown, Pilbara-based start-up, Raw Hire has grown to become a leading WA specialised mine spec vehicle hire and fleet solutions company, with a fleet of more than 1200 vehicles and offices in Karratha, Port Hedland, Newman, Onslow and Perth.
The campaign is Raw Hire’s first serious foray into B-to-B marketing and focuses on its unique ability to deliver a comprehensive range of mine spec vehicles and holistic business solutions that work for both sides of any resource sector business – in the field and on the Terrace.
Rene Migliore SHEDcsc Managing partner said, “This is a fantastic opportunity for us to work with a company that is rapidly becoming a great WA success story. As a company born in the Pilbara, no one understands the region and it’s unique conditions and challenges like Raw Hire.”
Byron Smith, CEO, Raw Hire added, “Raw Hire’s ability to provide out-of-the-box thinking, beyond the wide range of fleet we have on offer has been exemplified really well with our new campaign delivered by SHEDcsc.”

What happened to Block – Advertising?
What the hell happened? Cliched idea. Horrid art direction. And the tagline? Shed, please tell me the client made you do it.
Think Block over-rated their ability to deliver strategic insights…. not that this campaign is much more than a re-make of Nicholas Cages face-off dvd cover.
At the end of the day any campaign really doesn’t care what the “creatives” think about other creatives work so get over yourselves with the nastiness.
What you are seeing is always one dimension of any campaign and you have no real information on the thinking behind it and what else is in the campaign re strategy and tactics – it’s not all about the creative.
At the end of the day the true test is not whether you like it or not but whether it reaches its intended target audience, does what’s expected of it integrated with the other parts of the campaign we don’t know about and whether it achieves its objectives.
It really doesn’t do much for your industry to read these kind of banal comments – clients read Campaign brief as well!!!
