Click4FireRelief_Logo_BLOG.jpgThe West Australian and Channel 7, supported by West Australian Regional Newspapers and the Redwave regional radio network have launched an online auction Click4FireRelief.com.au where all product generously donated by local WA businesses will be available for the public to bid on.

The West Australian’s sales director David Bignold said the horrific bushfires have left local communities devastated and in urgent need of financial assistance.

“Many of us have been wondering what we can do to help and this is where the business community across the state can play a major role in the relief effort by donating goods and services to the auction,” he said.

The six day online auction will go live at 8am next Wednesday, February 10, and finish at 9pm on Monday, February 15.

All readers of The West, West Regional Newspapers, viewers of Channel Seven and listeners to Red FM can also help by bidding on items in the special NO reserve auction similar to the successful annual Click2Bid auction.

Click4FireRelief provides an opportunity to support the cause, with the incentive of picking up some great bargains and some exclusive ‘money can’t buy’ experiences, such as a free training session with three-time World Champion Danny Green, a once in a lifetime concert with Aussie recording icon Kevin Bloody Wilson, and a ‘live like a millionaire’ package’ thanks to Crown Perth.
