SCA Studio flies the flag for Perth at 2018 ACRAs
Southern Cross Austereo’s Studio has been recognised as local leaders in radio creativity after taking home Perth’s only Australian Commercial Radio Award win over the weekend.
The team of Mitch Mitchell, Aussie Moore and Carl Step (pictured LtoR) won the Best Station Produced Commercial (Single) category with a spot titled “Copyright Infringement”, which they scripted and produced for WAAPA’s production of musical Carousel.
“It’s wonderful for The Studio to receive this accolade and be recognised for their ongoing commitment to excellence and delivering results for our clients,” said SCA Perth General Manager, Gina Hogan. “Our SCA Perth creative team are highly regarded, and have received many awards for the quality of their work.”

Nice one bruvs. Perth has won more ACRAs, Sirens and LIAs (for audio) than any anywhere else in Australia in the last 4 or 5 years. Must be something to do with drinking overpriced coffee or an inability to merge in traffic.
