National networks executives Adam Sadler, Jane Palfreyman, Peter Andrews and Andrew Mudgway joined WA sales manager Chris Eyres for the network presentation of its 2019 line-up in Perth last week.

The network’s schedule is led by marquee programs like The Handmaid’s Tale, Tour de France, The Family Law and Eurovision. A national ‘live audition’ show will feature in the lead up to Eurovision to choose Australia’s entrant for the competition.

Head of Media Sales Adam Sadler said it was a golden age of content and a golden age for marketers. He said SBS had commissioned a major research study into Australian society, Calling Australia Home – which has illuminated the media and purchasing habits of Australia’s new migrant population, giving marketers new insights into this major but sometimes overlooked group.

Director of Marketing Jane Palfreyman said SBS’s new brand , ‘A World of Difference’, articulates the network ‘s commitment to reflecting the diversity of Australian society.

SBS has enjoyed its highest ever market share this year and will deliver another slate of diverse programs across its SBS, SBS Food, SBS Viceland and SBS On Demand channels.
