The Perth Zoo is out to help protect Western Australia’s unique species of wildlife. To help raise awareness The Brand Agency has released this commercial.

This is nice and sweet. Is there a campaign, cos i reckon it needs more executions. Also what happened to the Lotterywest ad above? Saw it on tv last night. I liked it.
I don’t get it. Is that an audio player he’s putting in the forest to replace the call of a native bird? Is that the idea? Hard to tell on the small screen. Hopefully it will translate better on a bigger screen, but it was kind of confusing. It could have been explored better imo – maybe a closeup of the screen of the device, and the camo guy selecting a particular animal before setting it off and leaving. I think the idea has legs, but seems underdone.

1017am I think based on the title,it’s a frog. I think the audio player was running out of battery or something. I say should have made the ranger change a few other recorders to make the jungle come alive again.

Haha the frogs that live near me sound like ducks so this doesn’t work for me at all! (yes they are actually frogs and not ducks, I have checked)

Hmmm, i think that’s why you would hire a director, and then an editor right? Noooooo, just do it in house, a single wide shot will do!
