WHAT THE STATIONS SAID
Rick Dalton, Commercial Director 96FM
“We are very pleased to see the positive momentum we’ve created in Perth off the back of the change in music positioning for 96FM. With growth across our core audience, we have further strengthened our compelling offering for advertisers in what is a very competitive market place. We are staying focused on delivering the strategy that has been welcomed by listeners and advertisers.”
Erica McGee, Content Director, mix94.5
“mix94.5 was all about lightening the load for our listeners in Survey 3 – handing out over $30,000 in Pay Your Bills and then gifting Anne from East Cannington a year’s worth of groceries worth $20,000 in conjunction with Channel Ten’s Masterchef. Matt & Kymba also got up close & personal on The Mummy red carpet with Tom Cruise & Russell Crowe, and Dennis Cometti continued to make headlines with his expert commentary around the Eagles & Dockers stumbling AFL seasons. Tim Lordan & Ross Edwards dominate the Perth workday, with Brian Mannix from the Uncanny X-Men and Dean Clairs taking us down memory lane with Generation 80’s at midday. Another super solid performance both on and off the air.”
Amanda Lee, Content Director, hit92.9
“What an amazing result for the Heidi, Will and Woody team, the hardest working breakfast show in the business! This is a show that makes Perth laugh, is the heartbeat of the city and continues to lead the way with unique video content. The best is yet to come! An excellent result today for the entire hit92.9 team.”
Evan Broadway, Station Manager, Forever Classic 6IX
“It has been a really strong start to 2017 for the station, with 3 increases in a row. Without a doubt we are the most cost-effective radio station in Perth to reach Perth’s Baby Boomers, where 53 percent of spending and 80 percent of travel and leisure activities come from. It’s a compelling story for our clients and agencies.”
Barrie Quick, Commercial Director, 6PR
“Our mix of news and sport continues to resonate with our audience, particularly across weekends, and overall the station remains in good shape.”
